WHAT YOU'LL DO
RISE for Business is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the B2B Sales and Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving RISE for Business learner acquisition outcomes and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)

Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service

Develop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectives

Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction

Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership

Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets

Analyze and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success

Represent the RISE for Business training program at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness, identify potential partnership opportunities, and engage with RISE programme partners

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Sales Expertise: A strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure. Experience in consultative and solution-based selling is valuable.

Client Relationship Management: The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs.

Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client objections and find solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tracking tools (like hubspot) and CRM systems to monitor and report on sales performance.

Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in the sales landscape and adjust strategies to respond to evolving market dynamics.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance multiple leads and sales activities.

Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.

Client-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset to prioritize client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, process-disciplined and maturity to represent BCG brand

Experience in the account management of local SMEs, or sales of products/services to local SMEs, with a strong understanding of local SME's unique needs and challenges

Solid proficiency in project management and client relationship management methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges

* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
