Role Description:
As a Senior Global Pension Benefits Analyst you will support the global benefits team with the management of all Employee Benefits Programs, with subject matter expertise on Global and Regional Retirement Plans and Projects that form the People Strategy Objectives. The role is a full-time position based in Amsterdam and will report directly into the Head of Global Benefits. The role will also collaborate with the Regional C&B Managers across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. While the role has a global benefits scope, we are looking for someone with experience in program management within Netherlands Retirement Benefits, with relevant qualifications either within retirement and pensions, compliance and risk or pension operations.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and support the design, policy development, and governance of global and local Retirement Benefits, including communication with key stakeholders and employees.
- Support and facilitate retirement governance committees and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as brokers and benefits providers.
- Assist the Global and Regional Benefits Team in managing and governing Global and Regional Retirement, Savings, and Benefit Programs across 70+ countries.
- Implement a retirement pillar governance framework, including managing a retirement inventory, reviewing plan market positions, and assessing vendor/broker performance.
- Stay updated on trends in Employee Benefits and propose innovative ideas to enhance Booking.com's retirement, benefits, and wellbeing offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Netherlands Future Pension Act and other relevant pension legislation, ensuring compliance and effective change management.
- Partner with various departments (HR, Legal, Procurement, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis) to support the governance, review, and communication of Retirement Programs and analyze key success indicators for benefit offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hold relevant qualifications either within retirement and pensions, compliance and risk, or pension operations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Retirement and Benefits management in an international organization.
- Demonstrable experience of program management of Netherlands retirement benefits and regulations with an understanding of global retirement practices.
- Experience in designing and rolling out global retirement and benefit policies, including RFI/RFP vendor performance and selection processes.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, able to drive projects end to end with minimal supervision across complex organizational, systems, and regulatory landscape
- Creative problem-solving skills and data-driven approach
- Fluent English and Dutch
