The Booking for Business (B4B) track is seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst I to join its ranks!

As the Data Analyst 1, you will drive reporting, visualisation, and analysis needs for Booking.com for Business. You will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding business and collaborate closely with the data team at our partner organization. You understand business problems and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve them using data analytics. Together as a team you analyse business opportunities, set success metrics, and shape the way forward through data insights and effective communication.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Full Ownership of monthly B4B reports, their continual automation, validation and adherence to a set of requirements.
- Visualization of health metrics and KPIs into automated and user friendly dashboards intended for both internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver value and impact through data, aligned with the team and track goals and initiatives
- Spot potential areas where value could lie and proactively look for impact
- Support the team with ad hoc analytical requests
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong ownership mindset of delivery beyond just execution
- Working knowledge of big data environments (Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Python and/or R) and BI tools (such as Tableau)
- Skilled in data storytelling, visualization, and translating complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Strong business acumen with the ability to distill disparate data and communication into a coherent story
- Effective stakeholder management, able to influence and build relationships
- Flexible, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B SaaS or international business environments is a plus
