We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Global Operations & Technology team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - HYBRID .
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provides business, financial, and/or systems analysis and reporting support for Finance management and Business leaders.
- S/he plays an integral role in supporting KPI metrics tracking and scorecard reporting using Power BI/SQL or other advanced tools
- The Lead Analyst may be called upon to contribute to or perform analysis of financial transactions, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, General Ledger accounts
- S/he will involve in wide range of planned periodic and unplanned delivery to ad hoc requests as assigned
- Under the supervision of his/her supervisor, the individual in this role will work independently to accomplish his/her own assigned workload and collaboratively with other members of his/ her Finance or cross functional team in compliance with the approved process standards at the agreed service levels committed to in the Mutual Service Agreements
- Public Cloud Invoice Billing knowledge is necessary
- Minimum - 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Five + years of experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English is required. Bachelor/Masters Degree in a financial discipline such as accounting, finance, statistics, or economics; or local country equivalent is required. MBA; or local country equivalent is preferred
- Professional qualification like CA, CWA or equivalent certification issued by local area Licensing body would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Power BI reporting tool
- Python- Basic knowledge to run & maintain scripts/
- SQL will be added advantage
