We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Representative to join our Transfer Agency US team. This role is located in Chennai, CHE - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • With minimal guidance and supervision ,Candidate is responsible for resolution of complex transactions, assess risk when business decisions are made by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
  • Ensure transactions are accurately checked and processed efficiently, in compliance with regulatory and internal operational instructions.
  • Maintain Subject matter expertise by keeping up to date on changes to policies and standards.
  • Identify service efficiency enhancements, process improvements and service delivery using creative and proactive measures. Escalate potential risk proactively to the Management.
  • Uses strong communication skills to engage in challenging conversations with internal stakeholders and complex external clients in order to support an accurate data-gathering process and resolve any open issues.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information exercising sound judgement and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time for efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.
  • Oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to understand compliance policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agent processes and procedures on investment funds and other related areas.
