We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Client Service to join our Client Service Expert, Global Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID. Shift: US Hours.

Shift Timings: US - 17:30 IST to 02:00 IST.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Work with external Investment Managers / clients to monitor and resolve more complex day-to-day issues while coordinating with appropriate resources/teams at BNY Mellon.
  • Supports Investment Manager / Clients in addressing more complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed within the timeline.
  • Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and judgement to analyze information.
  • Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Uses knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
  • Provides Investment Manager / clients information related to BNY Mellon products and services representing multiple lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.
  • Act as an escalation contact for the team.
  • Recommends process improvements.
  • Inform the Back-up promptly about any significant changes in the client relationship.
  • Prompt communication/escalation of extraordinary, difficult, and risk-laden client inquiries, as well as complaints
  • Preparedness to take on back-up functions.
  • Supports multiple, moderately complex client accounts.
  • Flexible to extend to meet Investment Managers / Clients Expectations.
  • Work on training plan and execution.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Strong knowledge of Trade life cycle, trade settlement, Cash processing and investigations.
  • Experience in dealing with swift messages MT103, MT202, MT910, MT540, MT304 ..
  • Efficient, structured, independent, and autonomous working.
  • Flexible to extend to meet client deadlines.
  • Adherence to the internal control, reporting and compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to motivate and develop people.
  • Lead change initiatives.
• Client focused, Efficient and proactive.
