We're seeking a future team member for the role of Project Administrator to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Singapore (Hybrid).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, arrange assignments, and communicate progress. The role is expected to work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support duties, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions
  • Prepare and provide status information to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Develop project related communications for global stakeholders
  • Provide support to the CIO on administration and planning tasks
  • Maintain team documentation including organization charts etc.
  • Coordinate revision submission preparations and conduct follow up as necessary
  • Support the organization of quarterly meetings, employee engagement events etc.
  • Monitoring and track progress of priorities and initiatives and address potential issues
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Solid background of Project Administrator experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of internal and external company stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential issues and importantly ability to build relationships
  • Familiar with and be able to use technology such as collaboration tools, data storing management on OneDrive etc. including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and therefore manage priorities, establish, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global team with the ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity whilst managing attention to detail
  • 7-10 years of total work experience
  • Experience supporting at the executive manager level
  • Bachelor's degree in lieu of some experience maybe considered
