We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Representative, Client Processing to join our EMEA Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra

HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of Capital markets, Corporate Actions & Common Depository would be preferred
  • Should possess strong business acumen and grasping skills to quickly understand the process, its requirements and deliver at the earliest
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Should have a minimum tenure of 24 months as an Analyst
  • Should possess strong analytical skills and be able to work independently
  • Implement appropriate measurements and necessary controls to ensure process exceeds service level requirements
  • Responsible for the adherence to the quality control measures and procedures that have been developed for the process
  • Must be able to work under pressure and should adhere to extremely strict guidelines/deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of quality tools with strong orientation towards business process improvement & efficiency
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Understands key risk indicators or audit issues and acts upon them, as appropriate thereby managing Risk Competency
  • Timely and accurate updation and governance of MIS / Dashboard / Document Retention
  • Creating regular reports/Dashboard for the process.
  • Complete administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames
  • Lead in BR testing and related activities and report results (local/regional and CMS updation)
  • Imparting process training to the new joiners (process training, ramp up, accreditation and go-live).
  • Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment.
  • Participate in Audits / ISO / Control / Review
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Graduate
  • Should have a minimum tenure of 24 months as an Analyst
  • Good communications skills
  • Experience in Bond market preferred
