We're seeking future team members for our Engineering business with roles located in Chennai and Pune in HYBRID positions.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Compute Hosting L1 team part of the TSG Production Services L1 spread across India and US. In India the team operates from Chennai and Pune. Compute Hosting team is providing L1 support for all the Bank's Distributed applications, servers (Unix, Windows) in a 16 X 7 coverage. Our BAU includes all Critical tasks, such as
- Incident Management,
- Pri1/Pri2 support,
- Break/Fix on any Application /server unavailability,
- Planned Server reboots / reboots based on request or due to issues
- Storage support - backups / restore
- Batch Support
- Event Monitoring and Proactive support
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Test.
Part of L1 Compute Hosting team, you're responsible for Proactive Event Monitoring, troubleshooting of incidents, provide support on the Priority Bridges with the Major Incident Management team, identify opportunities for alert reduction by automation/scripting /suppression, provide support for major releases, business continuity tests etc. You will be working on rotational shifts and rotational week offs in a 16 x 7 coverage, because part of the job role, you need to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
