We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Associate, Learning & Performance to join our Talent & Development team. This role is located in Poland, Wroclaw - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • As a learning professional, provide input to the development and implementation of learning solutions that build strategic business capabilities for new hires and experienced employees across all BNYMellon business groups
  • Curating and developing comprehensive and scalable business, financial industry, client skills, digital and technology learning solutions
  • Support Learning and Development Partners on identification of current learning programs, identify gaps and create frameworks to launch learning
  • Partner with Digital Learning Design and Development team to produce e-learning solutions
  • Conducts analyses on program effectiveness, reporting to more senior colleagues on results
  • Participates in gap analysis or program assessment activities
  • Research areas for improved internal program consistency and makes recommendations for process improvements
  • With oversight from more experienced staff, execute general program management activities; may support experienced team members on special project activities
  • Reviews internal data, external benchmarks and conduct research into industry best practices to make recommendations for the design and development of programs
  • Provide virtual program delivery
  • Serve as a resource in cross-functional learning program development initiatives
  • Provides input and program support for the requirements for vendors or third-party partners for technical skills or services
  • Utilization of HR Systems, E-learning and Microsoft Office Tools
  • Participates in data requirements or program administration for learning projects
  • No direct reports; may provide program guidance to peers or less experienced employees
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial disciplines, organization development, psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3-5 years of total work experience is preferred
  • Experience in Learning / Training facilitation
  • Experience of working with E-learning design and delivery
  • Experience working with Agile principles
