We're seeking a future team member for the role of Market Data Invoice Processing Specialist to join our Enterprise Sourcing Onboarding Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh & Pune, PA & India - Hybrid/Flex.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Receive and log all Market Data invoices by vendor/account within inventory and ensure contractual and statutory billing compliance.
- Coordinate the reconciliation of inventory for invoices with discrepancies by comparing totals, tax, and contracts for all invoices to accounts/services within inventory via application tool.
- Ensuring inventory and documentation of all billing accounts are up to date and in the proper Risk Assessment stage.
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve payment inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years experience with Oracle platform, accounts payable, general ledger, client invoicing, accounting software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to solve technical or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Market Data and associated inventory management systems a plus
