We are looking for a Client Service Associate & Business Support Analyst to support BNY Mellon I M Korea with its objective of enhancing Korean clients' investment experience with the broader BNY Mellon Investment Management Group . The role will mainly support the Client Service Manager and Head of business team to onboard and retain clients, as well as manage business and office administration duties . Day-to-day scope will include supporting regular client deliverables, handling office management work, and generally supporting the IM Korea business and its initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently execute on regular client service deliverables
  • Support the Client Service Manager to m aintain accurate and complete documentary evidence of client communication and record
  • Provide support on AML related work for client onboarding and ongoing due diligence and monitoring
  • Support internal business reporting (AUM, accounts) to regional finance and risk teams
  • Assist with any translation work relating to prospective and existing clients.
  • Support local compliance to accurately manage monthly and quarterly FSS financial reporting
  • Facilitate regular finance related tasks, including AP vendor payment and IMK account management
  • Take ownership of general office administration work for IM Korea.
  • Have a strong sense of integrity, behaving consistenly with expressed values and ethical principles of the firm
  • Focus on specific goals, and demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
  • Foster a sense of teamwork, proactively assisting others in a small team environment when needed/ required
  • Have the desire to contribute to and grow with the organization through a variety of developmental assignments (the naure of which will be based on available opportunities and actual performance in the current role)
  • Make a strong commitment to BNYM IM's culture, values and approach
Qualification:
  • Min 2-6 years work experience, preferably in financial services or related industry
  • A high level of spoken and written communication skills in English and Korean
  • Good analytical problem-solving abilities and eagerness to openly communicate with manager and wider team on day-to-day tasks
  • A team player able to excecute under pressure and adapt to various tasks
  • A sound understanding of the industry and the company's products and services, w illingness to learn and adapt quickly. An industry relevant qualification is preferred
