The CRM Specialist is responsible for the strategy, creative development and execution of national, multi channel ConnectedDrive Upgrade communications as a means to improve conversion to sale, foster retention and generate revenue for BMW and MINI by implementing CRM campaigns across owned channels. The CRM Specialist provides campaign volume, engagement and revenue performance for all BMW/MINI ConnectedDrive Upgrade programs. This role provides requirements for and oversees central blueprint campaign development in support of BMW Group's ConnectedDrive Upgrade business goals. Finally, the CRM Specialist is the go-to resource for target audience definition provided to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business opportunities leveraging data, and working with other subject matter experts to link
    capabilities to best meet these opportunities.
  • Verify extensive data mining to ensure communications are targeting the proper audience whether conquest or loyalty.
  • Align both BMW NA and BMW AG targets for cohesive project planning.
  • Support portfolio of CoDu projects, tracking of progress for lifecycle tracking and communications.
  • Leverage detailed analysis to prepare programs that will increase overall revenue and retention of loyal
    customers.
  • Monitor campaign efficacy via set KPI's and optimize to improve performance where indicated.
  • Prepare and deliver campaign reports on a timely basis to keep business partners updated on progress and activation success.
  • Organize audience and creative requirements for local campaigns
  • Test and review all BMW/MINI CRM email communications. Propose program enhancements to
    increase email engagement rates.
  • Understand competitor offers / campaigns and how this affects BMW Group revenue goals.
  • Execute multi-channel launch communications to both new and existing audiences.
  • Coordinate multiple planned and unplanned projects simultaneously in respect to vendor management
    and scope, budget and timing.
  • Manage vendors including CRM strategic/creative agency and CRM deployment agency for all
    campaigns, additional agencies, printers, digital marketing providers and manufacturers.

The pay range for this role is: $74,831.00 - $87,642.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with concentrations in Business or Marketing or Associates Degree with equivalent work experience.
  • 0-3 years of marketing communications experience
  • Ability to work with multiple parties and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with all levels within in the organization

Preferences:

  • Solid understanding of CRM
  • Automotive OEM industry experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience using Adobe Campaign or other ESPs
