As a member of the IT team at Blueprint Medicines, you will partner with the organization and be a key contributor in different IT projects. What will you do?
- Work with and resolve escalated helpdesk requests from managed service provider
- Provide support for AV equipment and meetings (in-person & virtual)
- Image and deploy new user setups (Computer & Desk setup)
- Inventory and software management of IT assets including asset auditing.
- Help with system administration tasks in Windows, Okta, MDM systems
- Support and manage Windows and Apple environment
- Triage, resolve, and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
- Lead and collaborate with business units with minimal guidance for projects
- Assist with development and implementation of helpdesk processes and procedures
- Serve as an escalation point to service provider and junior team members

What minimum qualifications do we require?
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technical field
What additional qualifications will make you a stronger candidate?
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in technology field strongly preferred
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of computer network concepts and network and systems troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting mobile devices such iPhones, iPads, Android with an Mobile Device Manager (MDM)
- Experience with Active Directory operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS operating systems
- Demonstrates commitment to understanding the impact of IT support on patient care and a strong desire to contribute to improving patient outcomes through reliable and efficient IT systems.
- Proves the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, and operational stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of IT support services and alignment with organizational goals.
- Demonstrates a willingness to explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance the helpdesk function, streamline processes, and improve the overall user experience, while staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality and timeliness of technical support provided, taking responsibility for resolving issues and ensuring end-user satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and technologies, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, resilience, and flexibility.
- Has a passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT support, and actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
