Bluebeam Inc, is looking for a Sales Incentive Analyst to administer Bluebeam’s internal sales compensation plan as well as the external channel partner rebate calculations. This role will work cross functionally with Sales Operations, Channel Teams, Data Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure that our internal and external compensation programs are effective, accurate and align with Bluebeam’s goals.
What you’ll do:
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (Salesforce, PowerBI)
- Calculate compensation owed according to the plans in place
- Communicate the compensation earned and how it is calculated.
- Suggest solutions to processes to drive efficiency and scalability

Here's what we’d like to see in you:
- 3-5 years in a compensation analytics role
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- You are an MS Excel GURU (VBA knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Exposure to PowerBI is a plus!)
- Strong understanding of sales compensation plans for Direct as well as Channel sales organizations.
- Ability to understand complex relational datasets.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

- Have experience building or implementing sales incentive automation tools.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Pay Range: $63,100 - $78,700 annually
