We are partnering with our sister company, Vectorworks, to hire a dedicated position for Bluebeam in Canada.  This position will report directly to Bluebeam but the employer of record will be Vectorworks Canada Inc.

In this role you'll work with a wide variety of customers, prospects in the assigned territory of Canada. The primary focus is to field questions from customers by phone and email. Source and close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Create accurate product and price quotes for customers and maintain our CRM as required. The ISR will need to understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospects. One of the important tasks is to actively promote the Web store. When properly executed, efforts will result in revenue growth, logo acquisition and retention and customer satisfaction for the assigned region. Note: Applicants for this role should live in the Toronto Area.

  • Fielding questions from customers by phone and email
  • Source and close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Create accurate product and price quotes for customers
  • Maintain our CRM as required
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Actively transform customer to Web store

What we would like to see in you:

You have a natural talent for building long term relationships and mutual partnerships with customers to match them with valuable solutions. You are a fantastic communicator who enjoys leading and facilitating conversations, especially at the business-level. You naturally ask questions in order to understand and uncover what’s most important. You’re able to balance the big picture with shorter-term goals and you thrive in environments where you’re able to bridge gaps and recommend solutions. You believe that negotiation isn’t a power play, but rather an opportunity for organizations to be able to work together to create, communicate, and increase mutual value.

  • 2+ years in a sales role - SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong communication, written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with change
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Firm understanding of all other internal software applications including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, Slack and etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field is a BIG plus, but we will consider software sales experience from other industries
  • Ability to partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 25-30%)

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.

Salary range: CAN$ $55,500 plus commission
