About this role
The Client Experience Platform Engineering team, within Aladdin Engineering, is responsible for supporting Aladdin Business operations for scale and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Build a platform that provides streamlined user workflows at high scale.
- Apply quality software engineering practices through all phases of development.
- Take ownership of individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using agile methodologies, while contributing to planning and documentation.
- Partner with client support staff to help ensure our tools are reliable and easy to use.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, proficient in Java/Python and .NET.
- Proficiency in developing scripts for data pipelines using big data tools and optimizing data for advanced BI tools.
- Hands-on experience in constructing distributed applications utilizing SQL and/or NoSQL technologies such as MS SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Genuine passion for programming, a strong desire for knowledge sharing, and a commitment to advancing application architecture.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
- JavaScript experience, particularly with ServiceNow, is nice to have.
