About the Role:
With expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, you will be responsible for overseeing IT Infrastructure to ensure IT services meet the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills with successful experience of leading teams of IT Infrastructure specialists. You will require good communication and technical skills with a consistent track record of delivering key projects on schedule and within budget.
You will lead all aspects of onshore Data Center operations, ensuring resiliency of IT services; Collaborate with global infrastructure teams; supervise and determine time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join the growing China onshore team to further support the business expansion and footprints in China!
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking of infrastructure related hardware/software inventory
- Day to day monitoring of technology infrastructure for any alerts
- Managing and supporting software and/or hardware issue on premise as well as resources on Cloud
- Maintenance and lifecycle management for infrastructure hardware and software
- Follow standard process such as Incident, Problem and Change to enhance service quality and optimize service level
- Update and exercise of Disaster Recovery plan
- Conduct regular system audit and assure infrastructures are compliant.
- Support internal/external audit and regulatory facing communication
- Lead Infra CWKs and vendors to make sure all key responsibilities are well delivered
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of IT technical experience with broad knowledge of enterprise technology from desktop to data center, prefer accumulating experience from Financial Industry.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology platforms, from the desktop through to back-end infrastructure
- Managing environments in 21V M365 would be considered an advantage
- Knowledge in best practices and project management (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skill. Proactive and autonomous in completing tasks. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to manage CWKs and vendors.
- Ability to work under a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment. Self-Starter and able to work independently.
- Good level of English is mandatory.
