Role Description
Aladdin Wealth Tech - AWT's mission is to help wealth management firms transform their businesses through technology using the Aladdin Wealth Enterprise ("AWE") applications and differentiating us as a strategic partner to clients via our digital distribution technology ("DDT") applications (Portfolio 360 in EMEA).
The Client Enablement Specialist -Engagement Operations for EMEA is mainly responsible to oversee the operational environment enabling the growth of Portfolio 360 while developing into a key day-to-day relationship manager for future AWE clients in the Eastern European region. For Portfolio 360 the role is crucial to ensure seamless contracting and onboarding of new clients and continuously reviewing adoption trends among existing Portfolio 360 users plus measuring the commercial success. Most importantly the Client Enablement Specialist collaborates intensely with our EMEA Wealth sales hub and sales excellence teams in Budapest - leveraging Portfolio 360 to drive product flows for BlackRock.

Thus, the role is client-facing to drive adoption of our DDT solutions in the independent wealth management space and to provide support to users but also substantially engaging with EMEA Wealth. Further the role includes strong collaboration with AWT's partners in the technology groups to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. In the future the role will expand also to include strong collaboration with various AWT functions supporting AWE.
This role is part of the Aladdin Wealth Tech organization and will report to the Head of DDT Client Enablement EMEA.
Key success factors will include the ability to engage with clients and EMEA Wealth sales to drive adoption by combining operational excellency, digital technology expertise with portfolio construction and investment solutions insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new clients of AWT's DDT solutions are onboarded in a scalable fashion in close collaboration with the EMEA Wealth sales excellence teams. Plus enable new clients benefit from the breath of the offering by training users through developed materials but also hands-on sessions
- Create high level of client satisfaction by managing the client service activities for our DDT solutions. Liaise with EMEA Wealth sales excellence functions to follow-up on client support requests. In the future expand the scope into AWE applications for clients in the Eastern European region
- Ensure integrity and further develop our DDT data infrastructure by keeping client engagement data up-to-date
- Providing on-going insights on user behaviour and adoption to AWT and EMEA Wealth stakeholders by leveraging AWT's DDT data warehouse
- Overseeing the regular calculation of the commercial impact of DDT solutions in strong collaboration with EMEA Wealth's data team
- Engage directly with new and existing clients in the independents space to gather client insights and user feedback to shape the digital feature portfolio - in close partnership with other parts of both AWT and EMEA Wealth business
- Channel client learnings back to product development to continuously improve client experience, remove friction and drive adoption (Measure. Learn. Optimise).
- Have a pulse on the market in terms of potential integration partnerships
- Develop sales programs to enable AWT/BLK EMEA Wealth sales functions to broaden client adoption efforts
Qualifications
- BA/BS required; Focus in Business, Finance, Math / Sciences, Entrepreneurship, or related fields preferred
- 2+ years of financial services experience desired; experience and success in a sales distribution or client experience/service role preferred
- Strong client empathy skills to drive adoption proven in previous client support roles
- Great understanding of portfolio construction, investment solutions and the usage of digital tools to achieve better investment outcomes
- Ability to analyse technical issues and present solutions or provide actionable input to our technology partners
- First touchpoints with Aladdin methodology (ex ante risk, parametric returns) considered to be a plus (not a must)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a great capability of understanding and analysing client needs
- Commercially focused and data-driven to better serve our clients
- Ability to present technical concepts to a wide range of audiences including business leaders, technology, and senior management
- Passion for technology and how it enables the transformation of our go-to-market.
