About this role
The APAC Client Business Regional Sales Support team works closely with the Client Business sales teams to execute our client strategy and to support the growth agenda of our regional wealth and institutional client business. The team is currently seeking an Analyst/Associate to service our growing regional client base and facilitate daily client operations with functional partners across BlackRock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with regional sales relationship managers to facilitate client engagement activities.
- Prepare sales & marketing materials related for BlackRock investments products and solutions.
- Assist in client inquiries through emails and calls.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders and facilitate activities including but not limited to client onboarding, Investment agreement execution, Request-for-Proposal and due diligence processes.
- Adopt corporate AI toolset and technology to deliver operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior experience in asset management / financial services industry client-facing roles.
- Professional Licenses: SITCA licensing (Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professionals) is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in Japanese is also a must, as the role requires covering clients in Japan.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and proactive to challenge status-quo with a keen attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint and an aptitude for learning new technologies and applications. Experience in adoption of AI toolset is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in process improvement is a plus.
