WHAT WE NEED
- Experience working for a software provider in support, implementations, product, or engineering
- Experience with Everest Platform preferred but not essential
- Strong technical understanding and ability to distinguish between platform features and configuration which can be changed by system set up via interface or SQL code.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Great teamwork skills
- Well-rounded personality
- Enthusiasm for technology and finance
- A degree from a 4-year university
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acknowledge and identify incoming product enhancement requests and reported defects
- Manage communication of resolution timeline and work with product owner to escalate high priority requests
- Perform defect triage ensuring that defects can be reproduced in the system and documenting steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with technical analysts and engineers to answer product questions from other teams within the organization (support, professional services, etc).
