Make Your Mark:
Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will be a key member of the global HR Leadership Team, and trusted partner to the Executive Team and business leaders. In this role, you will lead the enterprise-wide talent acquisition organization, collaborating with the business to meet the talent demands of our dynamic and diverse global workforce. This includes creating an innovative, cohesive global recruitment strategy with regional and cultural nuances, modernizing people insights that drive business decisions, building a world-class organization, and evolving our systems and processes to deliver a phenomenal candidate experience.

- Build collaborative partnerships with the Executive Team, business leaders and key stakeholders to develop an innovative, cohesive recruitment strategy that supports out commitment to building a high-performance company and culture.
- Integrate talent acquisition best practices across industries to build a world-class talent acquisition organization.
- Inspire, develop and elevate our global Talent Acquisition team in India, UK, Romania and the US by cultivating a culture of ongoing learning, collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and operationalize a talent planning model in partnership with the business to enable the creation of both short-term and long-term strategic workforce plans.
- Optimize and streamline global talent acquisition processes, tools and technology to drive maximum efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in an exceptional experience for candidates and the business.
- Develop and operationalize a recruiting capacity planning model to balance hiring resources and ensure the right resource allocation is supporting business needs.
- Establish a strategic point of view by region on building and providing people insights through data to support the business and leaders in driving data-driven talent decisions.
- With a lens on global representation, inclusion, and belonging; build out talent acquisition programs that are creative and transformative, supporting our long-term goals and vision of the company.
- Partner with Strategic Communications on building a compelling employer brand strategy that is aligned to our company's vision, values and culture and is attractive to a diverse pool of talented applicants.
- Leverage digital technologies and social media to engage and connect with a diverse pool of talented applicants in a modern and progressive way.
- Lead global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, ensuring a compelling, consistent, and regionally tailored employer brand that attracts and retains top talent.

- Influence - Ability to influence diverse stakeholders via effective communication up, down, and across to a variety of constituencies, both verbally and in writing and presentation format.
- Business & Financial Acumen - Understands business and financial drivers and how Talent Acquisition supports the business in delivering on its strategic objectives; has experience with annual and long-term budgeting cycles.
- Data-Driven Execution - Ability to analyze data and perform root cause analysis, determining insights which lead to enabling targeted actions being executed to enhance performance and/or experience.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience leading a global talent acquisition organization (or related experience) with an emphasis on building high performing teams and an inclusive culture and 5 years in corporate recruitment.
- Strong business acumen and proven experience in a senior leadership role, partnering and influencing key stakeholders across the business in driving and aligning talent acquisition strategy with company strategy.
- Strong systems experience and a desire to create great experiences through technology.

Salary Range:
USD $243,000.00 - USD $304,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
