Make Your Mark:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and experience in creating and maintaining reusable design systems and component libraries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also consistent, scalable, and user-friendly.

You'll Get To:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Product Design:
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
    • Ensure that the final design aligns with the company's brand and visual identity.
    1. Design System and Component Library:
    • Contribute to and evolve our comprehensive design system that includes guidelines, patterns, and reusable components.
    • Contribute to our component library to enable quick prototyping and to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
    • Document design principles, best practices, and usage guidelines for components and patterns.
    • Collaborate with developers to implement and integrate the design system into the product development process.
    • Continuously evolve and update the design system based on feedback and emerging trends.
    1. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with other designers to ensure a unified and cohesive design language across all touchpoints.
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards within the organization.
    • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design practices.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Total Experience: 9yrs-13yrs
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design systems integrate with development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
