Make Your Mark:

The Sr Sales Operations Manager will partner with EMEA Sales Leadership to drive successful strategy and execution as well as driving operational excellence and improvements for the GTM functions. You will be responsible for working with Sales Leaders and various Department Leads to help develop, deploy and enforce the processes, procedures, tools and other items necessary to ensure consistency and maximum efficiency across the region. This function is responsible for driving sale strategy and planning, deliver strategic analysis to Sales Leadership, and instill operational consistency to the region. This role will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal and other GTM teams to implement strategic business priorities, support revenue growth, improve sales efficiency, and make a large impact in the region.

You'll Get To:

  • Serve as the trusted business partner to the EMEA Sales leaders by defining, evolving, implementing and supervising sales strategies, business initiatives, operational plans, sales tactics, and processes that scale
  • Partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional collaborators to drive alignment, facilitate sales execution, and evolve the organization's strategy and GTM plan
  • Drive and help implement the annual GTM planning process including business plan development, FY and long-range modeling, revenue growth projections, HC planning, and territory planning
  • Support and improve forecasting process (FY, long-range, and weekly modeling)
  • Lead executive analyses, strategies, and results (e.g. QBR, All-Hands)
  • Build the operational cadence and provide visibility and performance tracking to the business (health of business reviews, sales efficiency and productivity key performance metrics, dashboards)
  • Partner with sales leaders to create, drive and improve key operating initiatives such as global ROE changes, regional collaborations, performance scorecard, Marketing and BDR Funnel visibility and etc.
  • Proactively finds opportunities to improve/automate current sales process pain points and partner with global team to ensure that EMEA team has a voice on the table to implement significant process improvements and increase sales productivity.
  • Become the expert on sales quoting process in Salesforce. Provide training on executing sales process and methodology, supporting new sales reps as well as tenured reps in their ability to navigate a very complex internal CRM systems from quote generation, deal desk support to closing deals.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a mix of strategy and GTM operation roles.
  • Experience in an analytics-heavy environment, working within software or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading teams directly or cross-functionally, influencing senior leadership, and managing multiple projects with demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and limited resources.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity while being efficient with limited resources.
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter.
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
  • Strong leadership skills required. Must be able to inspire confidence and foster teamwork and a shared vision among teams.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills are a must.
