Make Your Mark:

The System Compliance Analyst is responsible for the compliance of all CorpIT teams. The position has responsibility for internal documentation, process and procedures. This is an individual contributor role working ˜across the aisle' with BlackLine's GRC and Security team(s) to ensure CorpIT is operating within SOC (and IOS) compliance. This position will require a self-starter and someone who is passionate about compliance (and security). This role will help us scale to meet the demand of compliance as we grow to $1BN by analyzing the areas we have to improve upon and then generating the compliance (and security) programs and frameworks required to meet the needs.

You'll Get To:

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness and knowledge of industry compliance regulations and policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness and knowledge of industry security standards and processes.
  • Ability to evaluate and score internal operational and procedural compliance.
  • Provide thorough analysis, maintenance and updates of existing compliance policies and related documentation.
  • In concert with BlackLine's GRC team, develop new compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system.
  • Train (and evaluate) CorpIT Teams on internal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain communication and active workflow with BlackLine's GRC team.
  • Liaise with Corp Security Team to keep CorpIT systems and users secure
  • Train and evaluate CorpIT Teams on internal security requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3 Years of experience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant technical field Requires knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Previous experience as a compliance analyst in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software
  • Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Advanced analytical abilities.
  • Effective research and professional networking skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete applications for compliance certification.
  • Ability to effectively train employees.

  • CISSP, CISA, ITIL, PMP Experience with ISO 27000 certification Experience with SOC 1 & SOC 2 certification

Salary Range:

USD $133,000.00 - USD $178,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
