Make Your Mark:

The Senior Director of Engineering will report to the CTO and will partner directly with the CTO as well as Product line leaders to delivery high value and quality solutions and innovations to our customers both rapidly and effectively. It is a unique opportunity to own the organizational strategy and drive the growth of the organizational capabilities to effectively execute on product strategies and roadmaps, across product lines. You will be responsible for creating a world class development team who drive robust and high-quality featured sets using best in class development practices.

You'll Get To:

  • Own organizational and team strategy for growing capability to effectively deliver on product strategies and roadmaps in partnership with the North America and Europe product teams
  • Ensure that the strategy aligns with the overall business strategy and use that to set the appropriate short, mid, and long-term priorities for the organization
  • Partner closely with the global product teams and identify where organization can provide innovative ways of scaling, enhancing client experience, or providing better business outcomes
  • Lead a talented and diverse team of engineers across multiple locations and disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Be a talent magnet who can recruit, develop, and mentor a world-class technology organization
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and field teams to understand the market requirements, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
  • Set a high bar on engineering excellence and data driven best practices for architecture, software development, including Agile and other lean model development and testing strategies to accelerate time-to-market
  • Ensure that the entire organization is consistently delivering highly scalable technology solutions and continuously improving them and the right set of KPI are in place to measure throughput, quality, and value of delivery
  • Partner and collaborate with Cloud Operation to ensure that our solutions run effectively in the cloud providing great customer experience and when customer issues are report they are solved rapidly to minimize customer impact
  • As one of the core leaders in the technology team, play a critical role as the culture carrier-customer centric, business impactful, self-critical, and proactive across the P&T organization

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Mimimum 5 plus years in a senior leadership role, including proven experience growing a development center
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality platform solutions, partnering across multiple time zones that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Expertise in cloud computing, microservices architecture, API design,UI development, and data engineering
  • Proficiency in various programming languages, frameworks, tools, and platforms
  • Persuasive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
  • Passion for learning innovative technologies and solving complex problems

We're Even More Excited If You Have:

Blend of two or more programming languages experience in prior - C#, ASP.NET, Python, Go or Java development experience, preferably in an agile SaaS environment
