Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Customer Success Enablement Partner to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in empowering our Customer Success (CS) teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong background in customer success, enablement, and process optimization.
You'll Get To:
- Enablement Strategy Development: Design and implement an enablement strategy aligned with organizational goals and the needs of Customer Success teams. Identify and address skill and knowledge gaps within the CS organization.
- Onboarding & Training: Develop and deliver onboarding programs to ensure new CS team members ramp up quickly and effectively. Provide ongoing training sessions to support product knowledge, customer engagement strategies, and best practices.
- Content Creation & Management:Create, curate, and maintain enablement materials, including Customer Success playbooks, templates, presentations, and other resources. Ensure materials are up-to-date, accessible, and relevant to the team's objectives.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs. Gather feedback from CS teams to refine and improve enablement initiatives continuously and often. Drive programs that reinforce customer loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy. Establish and maintain systems for communication, reporting, and measuring the impact of enablement activities to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Renewals, Support, Marketing, and other teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and processes. Serve as the voice of the Customer Success team in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Feedback: Collect and analyze valuable data such as user feedback, customer health scores, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer-facing processes.

What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales Enablement, bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing training and enablement initiatives that drive measurable results.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand software products and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM, MS Suite of Products, and Gainsight.

Salary Range:
USD $119,000.00 - USD $149,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
