Make Your Mark:

The SAP Application Support Analyst 2 position is responsible for supporting SAP based software applications and handling any incoming customer support inquiries, performing troubleshooting using various resources, and if needed, elevates issue to Senior Application Support Analyst Services. SAP Application Support Analyst will report directly to Support Manager.

You'll Get To:

  • Coordinate with customer to determine functional requirements and determine technical solutions for SAP based products.
  • Use FI/CO customization transactions and know how they corelate with BlackLine SAP based applications
  • Analyze SAP data in support of proposed projects, business cases, and system requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers and/or technical staff to resolve issues with software applications.
  • Test, implement, document and maintain SAP based software applications.
  • Work as a member of a team and provide support for applications.
  • Gather the customer's information and determine the customer's issue by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem.
  • Use available knowledge & resources to provide possible solutions.
  • Proficient in all Application Support Analyst 1 duties: basic understanding on all functions of the SAP applications.
  • Understand differences between SAP Classic, ECC and S4Hana
  • Know SAP tables concept and demonstrate proficiencies in using of standard SAP tables (AA, AP, AR, MM, and GL related)
  • Perform any other task assigned by Support Manager/Team Lead

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 + years' experience as SAP as End User/1+ years prior experience in a technical support/SAP Key User
  • SAP technical/functional support on ECC and S4 HANA
  • FI/CO module (AA, AP, AR, MM, and GL)
  • Ability to analyze a problem and direct appropriate course of action
  • Professional attitude and desire to resolve issues with patience and understanding
  • Strong technical skills
  • Team player
  • Highly motivated to contribute
  • Fluency in English

We're Even More Excited If You Have:

  • Web Services, API, Badis, and S4 HANA CDS Views
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with business systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, etc.
  • College degree preferred but not required

Salary Range:

USD $75,000.00 - USD $99,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
