Make Your Mark:

As a Program Manager, GTM Sales Enablement, you will play a critical role in developing and executing impactful enablement programs that empower our various sales teams to drive revenue growth and increase productivity. You will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of key enablement initiatives, with a strong focus on content development, training facilitation, sales process optimization, and platform management.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in sales enablement technology, content management, and onboarding. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of supporting sales teams, driving adoption of enablement tools, and executing programs that enhance seller performance.

You'll Get To:

  • Lead GTM Sales Enablement Programs - Design, execute, and measure high-impact programs for sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the right resources, training, and tools.
  • Own Sales Enablement Technology & Content Strategy - Manage and optimize the sales enablement platform (e.g., Highspot) to improve content accessibility, engagement, and adoption.
  • Facilitate Learning & Development - Deliver engaging onboarding and continuous learning programs to improve seller confidence and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, operations, and subject matter experts to align enablement programs with business goals.
  • Measure Program Success - Track key KPIs and adoption metrics to demonstrate impact and continuously refine enablement initiatives.
  • Support New Product & Process Rollouts - Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest messaging, tools, and training.
  • Develop Best Practices & Process Documentation - Create clear, scalable processes for enablement content creation, training requests, and knowledge-sharing.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Learning & Development, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing sales enablement tools (e.g., Seismic, Highspot, LMS platforms) to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Experience supporting field sales through targeted enablement programs.
  • 2+ experience as a sales rep in a quota carrying strongly preferred
  • Strong content management, instructional design, and training facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into actionable, sales-consumable resources.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure enablement effectiveness and impact.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Value Selling).

Salary Range:

USD $111,000.00 - USD $138,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
