Make Your Mark:
Specializes in coordinating efforts of a cross-departmental or outsourced services by supporting group progress including scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, and cost management for projects focused on client services.
Responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution.
Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship.
Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities.
Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the clients business.
This role is focused on the relationship between the customer and solution provider during a project of a fixed duration.
What You'll Bring:
Education: B.Com/M.Com, MBA (finance) or Any equivalent degree.
Experience: 9yrs - 13yrs
Knowledge: Applies concentrated knowledge of multiple and complex disciplines and/or product/service applications to broad or emerging areas of the organization.
In depth understanding of the professional field of specialization
Competencies: Recognized expert within the organization.
Demonstrated ability to put theory into action in newly assigned areas.
Strategic/operational level individual contributor.
Sets objectives and delivers results that have a significant impact on the BU or large department(s) Leads major business processes or change initiatives that have impact beyond immediate area High operational/strategic domain.
Interprets emerging trends and develops appropriate strategic response.
