Make Your Mark:

The People Success Advisor works in a shared services capacity and supports the HR Business Partners in service delivery. The Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day review and approval of business process transactions and works closely with HR Partners on all business transaction workflows.

You'll Get To:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the People team
  • Support global operations activities in HR Shared Services model
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners in service delivery
  • Meet expected business performance goals by providing full range of customer service
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen
  • Coach and consult with managers and employees on HR systems requirements; trouble shoot as needed.
  • Partner with Manager, People Success in developing process improvement models to maximize operational efficiencies, meet deadlines and provide for a productive work environment.
  • Consult with HR partners to research, document, implement and execute any new and/or revised changes to policies and procedures
  • Validate new hire and employee change activities in HRIS
  • Respond to internal data requests, including reports and queries, from managers, employees and HR partners, keeping appropriate parties informed about the status of requests
  • Gather, review and provide required data for audits
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies
  • Coordinate with HR partners on the requisition and hire process
  • Ensures 100% data integrity and compliance in all HR documents, systems, and tools including the HRIS and all shared drives
  • Responsible for end to end onboarding ownership and administration, including but not limited to: creation and maintenance of employee files, reviewing background check results and escalate issues as needed
  • Responsible for internal transfers and promotions, including HRIS updates and documentation
  • Leave of Absence management, including ensuring compliance in documentation, timely notification, tracking and reporting
  • Temporary employee and contractor management
  • Partner with immigration counsel and HR Partners on all immigration-related issues

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 Years' experience in a Human Resources capacity
  • HR functional experience with an understanding of HR operations, employment laws and experience in employee data management
  • Previous HRIS experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Initiative to resolve issues independently and come up with new processes and methods
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of human resources information and employee records
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management and staff
  • Proficiency with email, calendars and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel)

Salary Range:

USD $70,000.00 - USD $93,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
