Make Your Mark:

The marketing operations specialist is responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance, and reporting on automated marketing programs and email distribution related to BlackLine marketing strategy with a focus on reporting.

You'll Get To:

  • Primary Marketing Operations advisor/expert on outbound marketing campaigns for select Marketing teams
  • Build and execute various types of programs in Marketo
  • Coordinate with other marketing teams and Traffic team to manage outbound programs
  • Update and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Continuously improve data intake and cleansing following industry best practices and internal process
  • Collaborate with other marketing operations team members on projects such as segmentation, lead scoring, lead life cycle, documentation and enablement
  • Assist in implementation of integration processes with 3rd party vendors
  • Train other marketing teams on how to run basic reports in Salesforce
  • Identify areas of improvements and enhancements on marketing programs and make recommendation
  • Other job-related duty as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations/Demand Generation
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experiences with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot
  • B2B marketing background with experience in marketing automation, lead processing (including lead scoring), marketing database, and email compliance
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and predict and prevent last minute fires
  • Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, Pivot tables, and data reporting
  • High attention to detail with high volume output
  • Must be highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Marketo or other marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot
  • Salesforce
  • Wrike or other project management system such as Asana, Basecamp, Trello or Jira

Salary Range:

USD $85,000.00 - USD $114,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
