Make Your Mark:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an Employer Branding Manager. This role will be instrumental in shaping and promoting our employer brand to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employer branding strategies, excellent communication skills, and a creative flair to develop compelling employer brand campaigns.

You'll Get To:

  • Develop Employer Brand Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the organization's values, culture, and business objectives.
  • Brand Identity Development: Define and articulate the organization's employer value proposition (EVP) to create a distinct employer brand identity.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content, including videos, blog posts, social media posts, and other materials, to showcase the organization's culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Employer Brand Promotion: Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the employer brand internally and externally, targeting potential candidates and current employees.
  • Talent Attraction: Collaborate with recruiting and DEIB teams to attract top talent by effectively communicating the organization's employer brand through various channels, including career fairs, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and advocacy, empowering employees to become brand ambassadors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, DEIB and senior leadership, to ensure alignment of employer branding initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct regular research and analysis on industry trends, competitor employer brands, and employee feedback to refine and enhance the employer branding strategy.
  • Employer Brand Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and track progress over time.
  • Managing Recruiting Events and Conferences: Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in recruiting events, job fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry events to enhance the organization's employer brand presence and attract prospective candidates.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 2. 5+ years of proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative employer brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing and communication channels, including social media, digital platforms, and events, to promote the employer brand.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

BlackLine recognizes that the ways we work and the workplace itself has shifted. Salary Range:

USD $119,000.00 - USD $159,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
