Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Customer Success Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting customer data to drive insights and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting tools, and customer-centric analytics. Your insights will directly contribute to improving customer experience, retention, and overall business performance.
You'll Get To:
- Collect and compile customer-related data from various sources. Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards on customer behavior, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide actionable insights that can inform customer success improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, churn and engagement.
- Create clear, visually appealing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including executives, and customer success managers. Present complex data in a digestible format for non-technical audiences.
- Use historical data and predictive modeling techniques to support proactive decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Continuously review and enhance reporting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics tasks, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required, supporting leadership with special projects, and deeper dives into specific customer trends or challenges.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer analytics, reporting, or data analysis role.
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field
- Relevant Certifications or Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Approaches work with a creative, problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player
- Excellent time and process management skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
