About the role :

EVERFI from Blackbaud is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who can serve our suite of Workplace Culture Training product s. As the product marketer, you will be tasked with the design and execution of key product marketing initiatives, participating in the strategy and development of new offers in addition to supporting existing offers. Key initiatives include communication of product updates and new product launches, evaluating/quantifying market and market opportunity, pricing and offer management, sales enablement and development of sales assets, market segmentation, and reporting on offer performance. This individual will work and collaborate closely with the Product Team, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and others to inform and engage Sales, Enterprise Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure market growth and customer retention.

What you'll be doing :

  • Mastery in positioning and messaging for solutions; collaborat ing on investment strategy to ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes and value to customers.
  • Developing though leadership to maximizing industry exposure.
  • Lead ing offer development and commercialization of stand-alone and bundled offers.
  • Leverag ing standardized reports and dashboards to track the performance of key offers and inform key stakeholders.
  • Develop ing and socializ ing recommendations to GTM teams to optimize offer performance.
  • Collaborat ing on a marketing plan, including market sizing, segmentation, key plays, and strategies for increasing market share and retaining /expanding existing customers .
  • Understand ing the competitive dynamics of targeting, positioning, pricing, packaging, and differentiation for assigned portfolios .
  • Creat ing Product Marketing related content, including playbooks, pitch decks, and website content.
  • Educat ing internal stakeholders and the market on how each product within the portfolio provides unique value and articulate the outcomes experienced by customers via case studies, conference materials, and thought leadership.


What we'll want you to have :

  • 3+ years of SaaS Product Marketing experience
  • Experience and proven track record of driving adoption, growth, retention, and results
  • Experience. / Mastery presenting to and influencing product and client facing team members.
  • Proven record of thriving in a matrixed environment with the ability to drive initiatives to completion through other people without having direct supervisory responsibility
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize and create product content; able to write quickly and concisely for non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft; Adobe Design experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to build and manipulate simple financial models a plus
  • Knowledge of buyers, including purchasing patterns, operational challenges, content consumption behaviors, information requirements, competition, industry influencers, and decision-makers
  • Knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle and a flair for communicating product innovation
  • Knowledge of the customer lifecycle and how each aspect of marketing supports those who engage with and support our customers in purchase, renewal, adoption, and usage

The starting base pay is $77,700.00 to $104,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
