What You'll Do:
We're looking for a deeply collaborative and adaptable Manager for t he CSR Connect and Processing Tool to enable us to better serve our clients within the YourCause product line which is a cri tical part to growing the business.
Th is M anager role within our Product Management team at Blackbaud is responsible for the worldwide performance and product strategy for the CSRConnect and Processing tool products . The candidate is responsible for leading a team of product managers to identify market opportunities, develop compelling offering strategies, and define product roadmap plans for the product s. An emphasis is placed on experience with and the ability to develop and mentor product managers, establish processes to drive the product management process, and to lead the identification and execution of product line strategies and roadmaps.

- Opportunity assessment and market analysis
- Offering & Pricing Strategy
- Product Strategy: Identifying and describing market problems and unmet needs
- Grow a profitable product business, and prioritize driving product revenue
- Product Planning: multi-year product roadmaps
- Lead a team of product managers in the areas above for their respective product lines; develop and mentor team members and establish processes to drive team success
- Develop, retain , and hire product managers
- Lead cross-functional decision-making and collaboration
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of software Product Management leadership experience
- 5+ years experience deliv erin g products in a SAFe environment
- Proven marketplace relationship building skills with industry influencers, pivotal clients
- Outstanding cross-functional leadership and relationship skills (internal and external)
- Serve a variety of constituents with potential conflicting needs: Sales, Services, Support, and Product Development
- Ability to build financial models and business cases; read and utilize a profit and loss analysis for decision-making
- A track record of driving adoption, growth and results

The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
