As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a dynamic, curious, and highly organized Chief of Staff to join us as the right hand to our CEO.
Who You Are and What You'll Do
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll help supercharge the CEO’s effectiveness, bring clarity to chaos, and keep our most important Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives on track. Over your first 6 months, you’ll dive into aligning teams, removing blockers, and helping the CEO focus on what matters most: scaling the business. You’ll get an inside look at executive decision-making and company-wide operations — all while working closely with a sharp, passionate leadership team. It’s a perfect launchpad for someone who sees a future in the C-suite
Key responsibilities will include:
- CEO Enablement & Strategic Support
- Serve as a thought partner and right hand to the CEO — helping prioritize, sequence, and execute on top priorities.
- Act as an extension of the CEO in meetings and initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives in partnership with the senior leadership team.
- Represent the CEO in leadership and cross-functional forums; follow up on key actions and decisions.
- Lead the preparation of executive communications and CEO thought leadership content.
- GTM Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a strategic advisor on GTM strategy, growth acceleration, and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that GTM teams are aligned on priorities, messaging, and execution plans.
- Over the next 6 months, you will work with the CEO to oversee and enable the Marketing, Alliances, and Channel teams, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s strategic vision and accelerating go-to-market execution.
- Performance, & Operating Cadence
- Partner with BizOps, RevOps, and Delivery to ensure performance metrics are aligned and shared across functions.
- Partner with VP, Business Operations to help lead executive team meetings, offsites, and company-wide communication rhythms.
Your Skills and Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in business operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of GTM functions.
- Proven ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and with C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, capable of managing complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Excellent executive communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences (e.g., board, investors, customers).
- High EQ, executive presence, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and thrives in ambiguity, with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
- Scale-up experience in a high-growth technology or consulting environment is a strong plus.

- San Francisco Bay Area location is required.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology and consulting environments.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
