What you do:
Customer Service
- Provide answers and solutions to Aravo users via the ServiceNow ticketing system, emails, Teams chat, and calls.
- Monitor the vendors' onboarding progress and reach out to the Business Owners to decrease the duration of the vendor onboarding.
- Receive feedback from the customers and transfer this to the appropriate area.
Internal documentation and continuous improvement
- Review the internal documentation while performing the tasks, to ensure the accuracy of the process description, and make corrections or suggestions as needed.
- Work on small continuous improvement tasks or projects.

Escalation of System Technical issues
- Work with the team members to address technical issues on time and provide a solution to the customer with the support of the team.
This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
Qualifications
Who you are:
You are a student of final year or a graduate (not later than 6 months after graduation), eager to learn and willing to challenge status quo. You have an international mind-set, communication skills and you are a team-player.
The Vendor Risk Management Intern will be a member of the VRM-Procurement department, performing important activities to support the business partners globally with the suppliers' onboarding and risk assessment process.
This internship is the perfect opportunity for a person willing to gain a mix of professional experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Risk Management activities, including learning the ServiceNow case/ticket management tool and Aravo tool for the onboarding/risk process. On top of that, the intern can increase his/her skills with the usage of other tools such as Microsoft, mainly highlighting Excel and Word.
The nature of the department will also allow the selected candidates to work heavily in a 1st line customer service role, allowing the person to gain very valuable experience in this area.
Required Skills:
- Professional fluency in English
- Comfortable working with customers including verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Excel intermediate or above skills
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Ability to navigate in a multitasking environment
- Communicative, organized, and accountable
Additional Information
This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
We offer a paid internship program (12 months) with 32 hours of internship per week.
