About This Role:

As the T&E Senior Analyst for LATAM GBS PTP, you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert, tasked with handling complex inquiries and managing escalations with finesse. Your primary goal is to support the team in resolving requests efficiently while maintaining a consistent, standardized approach. A significant part of your role involves ensuring that our Travel & Expenses (T&E) processes run smoothly and in compliance, offering a superior customer service experience in Spanish. The value you bring to our business is immense, as you help maintain our internal control environment and drive compliance and efficiency within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area. This role fits into the overall business structure by providing pivotal support and expertise to the finance team and ensuring that our operations align with our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct detailed audits of employee expense reports to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
  • Promptly address all inquiries and complaints, delivering professional service in Spanish.
  • Fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the requisite quality and timeliness.
  • Investigate and resolve Travel & Expenses related issues and queries.
  • Contribute data for management analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, both written and oral, to employees and stakeholders in Spanish.
  • Propose process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage daily workload and tasks within the group effectively.
  • Perform credit card reconciliations and activities related to month-end close.
  • Assist the team with complex accounts payable T&E inquiries as the Subject Matter Expert.
  • Review and work on logged incidents, drive resolutions independently and collaboratively, and discuss incident analyses with the manager.

This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or payables processing function.
  • Prior corporate experience in T&E, Finance, or Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in working within an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record of process improvement initiatives.
