Job Description
The Standards & Governance Specialist reports to the the Standards & Governance Sr. Manager and provides support on the following key areas.
Principal Accountabilities:
A. Compliance Collaboration Model, as per ECP Compliance Related Goals for S&Gs:
- Proactively support business to decrease Financial and Documentation observations by:
- Continued Effective collaboration to deliver Compliance training to customer-facing employees.
- Implementation of improvements initiatives: ECP improvements, CI, and additional resources to be deployed along the year.
- Support the Effective Implementation of new resources and tools (such as Artificial Intelligence) to all External Stakeholders Engagements to reduce (prevent) repeated Documentation errors.
- Support during the quarterly monitoring of interactions with HCPs and HCOs according to the corporate compliance program.

B. Affiliate Governance matters:
- Provide day-to-day support to Customer Facing Teams (Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams) in process related matters.
- Day to day questions.
- Assess, Review of Sponsorships under 10K US$.
- Maintain / Support ECP Compliance project (i.e.: Coordinate training implementation of employee training maps, such as facilitating employee on-boarding in collaboration with Compliance Officer).
- Training Support on key S&G related relevant processes, including set up and maintenance for appropriate training assignment to employees.
- Affiliate Vendor Management Process: support, training follow up and monitoring for Single Point of Contact agility project.
C. Additional responsibilities:
- Coordination support for Affiliate Agility Team.
- Affiliate First Line Continuous monitoring.
- Testing 100% of activities: Early detection of potential deviations to Company Processes, Policies and Procedures Immediate identification.
- Proposing immediate remedial actions (in coordination with Compliance):
i. Activity remediation.
ii. Employee retraining.
iii. Other potential follow-ups.
Qualifications
Required skills
- B.S. in Business, Law, Economics, Life Sciences or related degree preferred.
- MSc or MBA is preferred.
- Experience in a company or in a consultancy firm supporting the compliance department.
- Excellent command of the English.
- Experience working or advising Pharmaceutical companies.
- Fixed-term contract (1 year).
- Previous internship contract. Must have completed studies less than 3 years ago.

Salario : 28.000€ anuales + beneficios

Podrá concertarse con quienes estuviesen en posesión de un título universitario o de un título de grado medio o superior, especialista, máster profesional o certificado del sistema de formación profesional, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, así como con quienes posean un título equivalente de enseñanzas artísticas o deportivas del sistema educativo, que habiliten o capaciten para el ejercicio de la actividad laboral.
El contrato de trabajo para la obtención de práctica profesional deberá concertarse dentro de los tres años, o de los cinco años si se concierta con una persona con discapacidad, siguientes a la terminación de los correspondientes estudios.
En el caso de personas que hayan realizado sus estudios en el extranjero, dicho cómputo se efectuará desde la fecha del reconocimiento u homologación del título en España, cuando tal requisito sea exigible para el ejercicio profesional.
