About This Role
As a Sr Manufacturing Technician (Maintenance), you will manage the day-to-day activities within the Maintenance department.
This position will work Day shift starting at 6 AM and workign 10 hour shifts. Schedule will rotate 1 week working Mon-Thur and the follwoing week Tue-Fri.
What You'll Do
- Perform and ensure PM’s and CM’s are performed on Process and Utility Equipment
- Ensure maintenance activities are coordinated with operational activities
- Provide guidance for less senior mechanics in their day-to-day activities
- Help manage small projects and programs within the maintenance department
- Filli in for the Maintenance Supervisor as required and keep the Supervisor abreast of activities within the department

Who You Are
You are a problem solver and team player that is eager to learn new technical equipment and processes. This position will provide you the opportunity to collaborate with a broader engineering and maintenance group to support manufacturing and essentially to make a difference in patient lives.
Qualifications
This work requires occasionally climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, moving/lifting test equipment up to 50 lbs. as well as working in clean spaces where gowning is required. Ability to stand for up to 3 hours at a time is also required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 7+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment or related manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Practical knowledge and application of GMP regulations.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work when called in for issues, extended shifts, and weekends as needed
