About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for 3 main missions:
1:
The WH Sr Coordinator is responsible for supporting / enabling the execution of the Warehouse activities coordinating and assigning activities to the Warehouse team with regards to receiving, shipping and Cycle count and coordinate all activities related to the availability of all supplies.
2:
The WH Sr Coordinator will be the Point of Contact and represent WH for all requests from Procurement, QC, QA, Manufacturing, International Logistics and Business Partners and the SME to support the Warehouse operator team in solving the daily issue.
3:
In addition, Sr Coordinator I is in charge to represent Warehouse by participating in intra, cross site alignments and cross functional projects related to process improvements and efficiency. Will represent the Lead during absences.

Thorough understanding of the Warehousing and Materials processes and ability to accurately review GMP documentation including validation protocols is required. This person will also manage and monitor deviations and Incidents from the floor and will work closely with the Technical Process Lead and Materials Analyst.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coordinates, and supports the execution plan of the daily, weekly, monthly activities by organizing a schedule of activities based on primary and secondary activities and the availability of resources and assign the activities
- Will collaborate with Material Analyst, Shipping coordinator, Procurement, QC, QA, Manufacturing, and International Logistics to level the workload and the activities during the weeks
- Will escalate to the Warehouse Lead in case of issues and propose potential solutions
- Will strictly collaborate with the Production Scheduler and with the Weigh and Dispense Coordinator to elaborate the best execution plan considering the workload of the area
- Represent WH for all requests from Procurement, QC, QA, Manufacturing, International Logistics and Business
- Partners as Subject Matter Expert for Warehouse equipment and processes to solve all daily issues on the floor from the Warehouse operators’ team
- Participates in intra, cross site alignments and cross functional projects related to process improvements and efficiency. Will represent the Lead
- Responsible for supporting deviations, CAPAs, and GCCs closure as needed
- Coordinates CQV activities, ensuring proper and timely execution of validation protocol
- Will support where also needed the review of the PRCD and WI based on process improvements, CAPA and new implementation
- Will train operators on new processes and on the updated processes and documents
- Works collaboratively with the pears, with the Tech Process Lead and the analyst as well as other external stakeholders
- Acts as an SME during internal/ external audits
Qualifications
Required skills
- High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- 6 years of direct experience working in a GMP environment preferably in Chemical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to interact with a cross functional team effectively within organization
- Highly detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills
- Solid knowledge of business and Warehousing processes to support manufacturing operations
- Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Systems (Oracle, Trackwise, SynQ, Delta V, Syncade)
- Solid understanding of the basic QA and cGMP principles
- Fundamental level of technical writing skills, Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
