About This Role

Reporting to the Director of HCP Marketing, the Senior Manager, HCP Marketing will be responsible for building and leading HCP engagement activities and initiatives including key omnichannel programs, for a recently launched product in the Postpartum Depression market.  More specifically, this position will focus on enabling branded HCP engagement opportunities and disease state education through well-planned and executable tactics across the customer ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure specific HCP initiatives including marketing programs and campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with field force, cross-functional partners, alliance partner and all agencies. Manage relationship with agency to ensure expected deliverables are met.
  • Lead HCP marketing initiatives in close collaboration with other key functional partners

Specific initiatives may include:

  • Oversee strategic HCP initiatives aimed to drive a successful product launch and brand growth
  • Create and deliver HCP messaging, ensuring alignment with strategy and complementary to other key audience engagement plans
  • Build integrated roadmaps to support brand plan and help manage and prioritize tactics across workstreams
  • Collaborate with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not limited to Omnichannel Excellence, Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, and Medical
  • Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (MLR)
  • Manage multiple agency partners including management of associated budgets and operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years marketing experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry or equivalent
  • Proven track record of career progression and success
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and “roll-up your sleeves” culture. A self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within Women’s Health, Psychiatry and/or Primary Care
  • Prior product launch experience
  • Experience working with an alliance partner
