About This Role
As a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Associate II, you will be a pivotal part of our team, ensuring the seamless operation of our site assets, both GMP and non-GMP. Your expertise in leveraging our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) will be instrumental in enhancing workforce productivity and quality by proactively planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources. You’ll bring a strong knowledge base in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques, supporting Maintenance, Manufacturing, Lab, I&C, and Engineering teams. Your role will serve as a central point of contact for all maintenance and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) planning and scheduling activities, requests, and issues, ensuring optimal asset performance and contributing significantly to our business's success.

What You’ll Do:
- Assess the planning requirements for Preventative Maintenance and new work orders, developing detailed Job Plans and Material Lists.
- Estimate the time and resources/skills needed to execute jobs effectively.
- Align work package schedules with production timelines and establish maintenance schedules accordingly.
- Coordinate extensive shutdown activities and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a CMMS subject matter expert, supporting audits and everyday functions, including new account setups and system training.
- Configure new equipment, PMs, Job plans, and Material lists within the CMMS.
- Advocate for system functionality enhancements and manage reporting requests from the site to the Global CMMS Administrator.
- Update and maintain Facilities and Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using CMMS data.
- Collaborate across functions to assess and continuously improve workflow effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma OR Associate degree preferred, OR equivalent from a four-year college or technical school with an emphasis in database systems, engineering, or electronics/instrumentation or commensurate experience
- 2-4 years related experience.
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment in the maintenance of a modern bio-pharmaceutical facility.
- Knowledge of calibration and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of large industrial equipment such as fans, chillers, pumps and boilers and their associated components.
- Strong working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- This work requires occasionally climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, moving/lifting test equipment up to 50 lbs. as well as working in clean spaces where gowning is required.
