About This Role:
The Procure to Pay Payments Intern will be an integral member of the P2P department, playing a crucial role in Payments processes. The Internship program is designed for 12 months. The program, apart from learning the PTP Payments processes, will allow to use overall knowledge gained on the University accounting classes and will show how it is to use the book knowledge on a real life examples and gain necessary experience to work in Finance in Shared Services. The primary purpose of the P2P Payments Intern role will be to assist with payments-related tasks and ensure the timely processing of assigned payment requests. Additionally, provide internal and external customers with support and guidance in Payments process as well as attend to any requests related to Payments processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform international Electronic and Manual Payments in compliance with the Policy and Instructions;
- Perform Electronic and Manual Payments accordingly to established payment schedule;
- Perform ad-hock Electronic and Manual Payments;
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties;
- Communicate with business partners and third parties as needed to resolve payment inquiries or discrepancies;
- Support Payments team with other payments related activities and sub-processes
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar faculty
- Professional fluency in English, and additional languages are considered a plus
- Comfortable working in MS Excel
- Knowledge of financial ERPs (i.e. Oracle) is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge status quo
- Ability to navigate in multitasking environment
- Communicative
