About This Role
Lead People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees as well as HR Partners in a respective region. This position is responsible for complex problem resolution and case management for a designated region. Respective country specifics and basic labor regulations must be known and applied when delivering service.
Lead People Services Coordinator delivers HR processes and, in some regions, also covers benefits, time and attendance and payroll activities. S/he liaise with HR Partners and CoEs to deliver timely and quality service, meeting set KPIs.
S/he is also responsible to come up with new enhancements to the processes run on this position, aimed at customer focus as well as cost and time effectiveness.

What You'll Do
- Manage regional program services (onboarding, offboarding, workforce management, system updates and reporting; benefits, time and attendance and payroll – in some regions).
- Collaborate with respective HR Partners and subject matter experts from CoEs to resolve and document complex issues raised by employees.
- Complete processes in HR systems based on global procedures.
- Responsible for the management (creation, updates) of SOPs and process maps. Participation in knowledge sharing and training of other team members.
- Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.
This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

You're fluent in both business English and Spanish, and any additional languages are a welcome bonus. You are comfortable navigating HR/IT systems and have a knack for picking up new technical skills with ease.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, benefits, or payroll.
- Proficiency in business English and any additional languages from the following: German, Spanish, or Italian is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Proven track record in critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment.
- Experience in training and knowledge sharing within a team.
- Excellent listening skills and patience to work with diverse employee groups.
- Professional relationship-building capabilities with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- High energy and ability to organize and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Competency in learning and understanding HR/IT systems and general computer skills.
