About this role

  • Provide operational support to Biogen Above market Alzheimer’s iCOE (International Centre of Excellence) supporting the launch and commercialization of LEQEMBI across Europe & Intercontinental markets.  Key focus areas will include internal operations, analytics (inc. budget management & commercialization), launch readiness & reporting; working closely with the cross functional iCOE team
  • Support senior management briefings including development of material / presentations, KPIs & scorecard updates, ensuring required cross functional ICOE & country input

What You'll Do 

  • Support iCOE Lead in organizing (including deciding agenda topics), facilitating and diligent tracking of actions from monthly iCOE cross-functional team meetings and weekly status update meetings
  • Lead and shape iCOE strategic initiatives associated with iCOE ways of working & actively manage the iCOE scorecard, proactively identifying risks and suggesting remediation activities
  • Support development & execution of Commercialization models across Europe & International markets
  • Provide analytical budget support (plans vs. actuals) for region & markets, including trend analysis, analysis of key spend categories and functions
  • Support the iCOE Commercial Lead in organizing, facilitating & tracking of actions from commercial meetings
  • Support promotional materials process and contribute to key projects
  • Support with gathering and synthesis of latest pre-launch readiness market activities and launch dates to inform monthly KPIs tracker and senior management dashboards
  • Tracking of critical business operations (status, key actions) to ensure regional team enables markets to maximize launch and minimizing roadblocks
  • Support teams to maximize best practice sharing (processes, tools)

    Qualifications

    Required Skills

    • Science, Engineering, Business or Marketing education – Master’s or PhD level
    • Fluent in English – written and verbal
    • Previous pharmaceutical or biotech experience; preferably sales and marketing / commercial roles.  Min. 1 year
    • Proven track record to successfully deliver projects to time & quality
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency – especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Experience working cross-functionally advantageous
