About This Role

This internship is part of the Standards and Governance department. The responsibilities focus on providing support and monitoring the following areas:

  • Implementation of Policies and Procedures
  • Coordination and execution of compliance-related policies
  • Data Protection
  • Transparency in value transfers
  • Activities with External Stakeholders
  • Monitoring activities to support the Compliance program
  • Subsidiary agility project
  • Supporting teams in resolving queries related to these areas

During this internship, support and training will be provided in the area of activities with external stakeholders. To facilitate this role, training will be offered on all relevant policies and procedures, as well as the obligations derived from the Farmindustria Code, to which BIOGEN adheres.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in the implementation of the training project for users of the tools used for third-party contracting.
  • Provide support for the execution of the agility project, aimed at identifying and implementing initiatives and tools to enhance the daily agility of Biogen employees.
  • Collaborate in monitoring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of daily activities in the subsidiary to prevent potential deviations through early correction. This requires working with other business areas.
  • Assist in quarterly monitoring as part of the support provided to the Compliance program.
  • Participate in internal meetings with international Data Privacy and Standards and Governance teams.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are a Law graduate or completing final year of graduation with a strong interest in Compliance and possess strong communication skills in addition to an ability to synthesize information. You are a strong team player who is highly organized and methodical.

    • Schedule:
      • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with one-hour lunch break)
      • Fridays: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
    • Address: Paseo de la Castellana, No. 41. 28046 Madrid
    • Scholarship Stipend: €800 gross/month
    • Restaurant Ticket: €200/month (except during August)
