This application is for a 12-week internship role from June - August 2025. Resume review begins in January 2025.
The Advanced Analytics & Orchestration group is looking for an intern with prior experience with marketing and data analytics who has previous exposure to media (i.e. display, video, paid search, paid social, etc.). Position will use Adobe Analytics which captures website activity. Other analytic platform exposure such as Dataroma and PowerBI are used to discover activities of people targeted by our efforts so that insights can be summarized, and next actions can be recommended for improving the integration of these several efforts.
Novices to this internship will be considered as well if they have experience using industry-standard business intelligence tools to formulate metrics, create data quality management assessments and tools to perform ad hoc data inquiries with a high-level of attention to detail.

Position Description
- Identify data patterns leveraging Adobe Analytics and PowerBI reports
- Build out high-impact actionable insights
- Plan & execute analytics and communication to various stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform marketing
- Creating reports from templates, adding actionable insights, identifying new trends, and enhancing reports with new visuals and data slices as needed
- Leveraging Adobe Analytics to deliver actionable and comprehensive insights across organic and paid media (i.e. display, email, paid search, and social)
End to end process description:
- Meet with team members to align on framework of analysis (key learning questions, appropriate key performance indicators, attributes to be measured, time frame, etc.)
- Use tools/platforms to investigate customer activities
- Summarize findings in a presentation
- Identify most actionable findings
- List potential next steps based on the findings/insights
Example projects may include:
- Media performance reporting
- Actions on website reporting
Qualifications
- Ability to absorb logically structure information into analytical deliverables with established frameworks and tools
- Preference for candidate with prior experience in digital marketing analytics
- Experience with the Adobe Marketing Suite or Google Analytics
- Expertise with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense
- Agile Excel skills (pivots, index match, etc..) required
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media platforms like TikTok and Meta, paid search, programmatic advertising, and direct partnerships with publishers)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, including understanding of statistical significance, data storytelling, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university
