Job Description
This role supports the Korea Affiliate, therefore Korean language skill is required.
The GBS Senior PTP Analyst performs a variety or PTP (Purchasing to Payment) -related activities which relate to one or more of the areas below:
- Review, validate and process third party invoices and supporting documents for all Asia Pacific Affiliates within the GBS scope, especially Korea Affiliate.
- Perform and support the Travel and Expense(T&E) claims processing for employees of the Asia Pacific Affiliates, especially Korea Affiliate.
- Manage Vendor Master Data process and ensure timely processing of requests to setup, change or delete the Vendor data records in line with existing process, ensure vendor due diligence check is completed before new vendor on board.
- Provide solution for inquiries and requests from other employees and country organizations serviced by GBS.
- Ensure all SOX/internal controls are completed, documented, and reviewed in a timely manner on an ongoing basis.
- Handle or support all internal and external auditors’ reviews and inquiries.
- Champion of the company T&E policy & internal compliance requirements.
- Support or coordinate various PTP process as required including Continuous Improvement, Digitization/Automation initiatives.
- Play as PM to contact with different function (local or global) on new projects
- Support month-end closing, B/S reconciliation and analysis for AP related part.
- Work closely with AP & requester for payment process and issue resolution.
- Filling / archiving of documentation or voucher
- Ad-hoc work assigned by line manager
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar faculty
- Better to have Finance/Accounting Certifications.
- 5+ years’ experience AP in MNC.
- Experience in Korea market operation preferred
- Project experience such as standardizing or simplifying E2E process
- Good understanding of international banking and payments systems.
- Experience in an international, customer-centric environment preferred.
- Experience with Oracl/SAP ERP systems preferred.
- Good handling of Word and Excel. Power BI experience considered an advantage.
- GBS/Shared Service Center /BPO working environment experience preferred.
- Healthcare/pharma/Life sciences industry background an advantage.
- Well organized, clear thinking and good communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Korean and English, orally and in writing
